Answered from the manual for the 2020 Toyota RAV4.
Yes—on the 2020 RAV4 the reset is in the instrument-cluster menu, not a physical under-dash button. After setting all four tires to the door-label cold pressure, use the steering-wheel meter controls:
- Park safely. If your RAV4 displays individual tire pressures, leave it off for 20 minutes or more first.
- Start the engine.
- Select Vehicle Settings on the multi-information display.
- Select TPWS.
- Select Set Pressure, then press and hold the center/select button.
- Confirm
Setting Tire Pressure Warning System appears and the TPMS light blinks 3 times.
If your RAV4 shows individual tire pressures, drive at about 25 mph (40 km/h) or more for 10–30 minutes to finish initialization. It normally completes within about 30 minutes; if it has not finished after 1 hour, park for about 20 minutes and drive again.
Do not use Change Wheel unless you changed wheels/TPMS sensors; that starts sensor-ID registration.
If the light blinks for about 1 minute and then stays on, that indicates a TPMS malfunction rather than a simple low-pressure warning; have the vehicle inspected.
