The Auto Idle Stop feature on the 11th-gen Civic becomes frustrating in heavy, stop-and-go traffic. I can turn it off with the button, but it resets and turns itself back on every time I restart the car. Is there a hidden menu option or setting that keeps it disabled, or am I stuck pressing the button at the start of every trip?
How can I permanently disable Auto Idle Stop on a 2022 or newer Honda Civic?
